Job Description

  • Meet and/or exceed monthly performance targets for lead generation (appointments with prospects) using social media platforms/job sites/cold calling/email campaigns/online networking.
  • Perform research on companies as a component of lead generation and qualification activities utilizing web research tools.
  • Update prospect database with conversations, competitive information, company size, and other pertinent information.
  • Perform timely follow up on email campaigns
  • Develop inside sales monthly reports in an accurate and timely fashion

Required Candidate profile

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Inside Sales.
  • Very good in communication both verbal and written.
  • Has done prospecting at least in one of these markets (US).
  • Has basic knowledge on at least one of these areas (ecommerce, digital marketing, content, user experience).
  • Should be proficient at generating leads using social media platforms/job sites/cold calling/email campaigns/online networking.
  • Should be creative enough in his sales pitch to get an appointment with CXOs and decision makers.
  • Should be aggressive, self-driven, goal oriented and have the attitude to beat the targets.
  • Should be well organized for doing timely follow-ups with prospects for appointments.
  • Should be good at overcoming rejections and to create a positive momentum at work.
